Booking Contract
Your contract is with Sikkim Wonders. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed your tour, hotel booking, or travel-related services and received your booking request and deposits. All correspondence regarding bookings should be addressed specifically to Sikkim Wonders.
Payment Schedule
Advance
30%
At the time of booking to confirm reservation.
Arrival
50%
Payable on the first day of your trip.
Final
Balance
To be cleared one day before trip completion.
Important Payment Notes:
- Parking charges are to be paid directly to the driver on the spot.
- Nathula Pass or Zero Point charges must be paid 24 hours before availing service.
- Bank charges for remittance are strictly borne by the payer.
- Service will be paused in case of payment delays until clearance.
Cancellation Policy

Liabilities & Limitations
Sikkim Wonders acts only in the capacity of an agent for hotels, transporters, and other contractors. All receipts and contracts are subject to the terms under which these services are provided by them.
We shall not be responsible for delays or alterations due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, landslides, political closures, or accidents beyond our control.
Visitors are advised to seek independent insurance arrangements for accidents, sickness, or loss of property as our rates do not include insurance coverage.
